Thanks

I made this cowboy boot as a thank you for a woman I've never met.  She wanted to support the arts, so through a friend, she gave me a HUGE stash of buttons and beads.  I am so thankful and have already used a bunch of them in all sorts of pieces I'm working on.  Some people's generosity just blows me away.

Dog Days

I love making dogs!  This little weenie dog is my latest.  Also on the list, another Boston terrier, a pit bull, and a boxer!

Weenie dog toenail.

Weenie dog tail.

A custom snow girl I dropped off today.

Custom M going to Silverdoor Gifting in Houston!!

Do you have a gardener on your holiday gift list?  This little garden trowel is $58 plus shipping.  Please leave a comment if you are interested.  It measures 10.5" long and 2.5" wide and features a yellow ceramic flower.  The front is packed with broken dishes, buttons and beads and the back is left without dishes so it will lay neatly on a flat surface.  Thanks!

I AM AN OFF ROAD DOG

I made this double hook leash holder for Lucky Paws dog boutique and bakery in Lawrence, Kansas.  Raven, the owner, has about five dogs and they love to run the trails of Lawrence.  I liked the idea of tying in this idea with mosaic on a chunk of wood instead of a finished piece.

I'm hosting a holiday open house later today with several other artists.  I'll have a few mosaics for sale, including this buttah dish.  My buddy, Val, recently inspired me to mix up some color!

I'm having fun with these triangular shaped trees!  I had never done a white one before.

I love this fat heart shape.
