A Few Customs

These customs went to Berkeley, California last week and I have a few more going there this upcoming week.  These were very fun to do!!

Another Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon

I made one of these last week and my friend, Laura, ordered one.  I think the shape is better on this one; more swoopy and ribbon-y.

Copper Watering Can Covered in Cream Mosaic

I was shopping at the River Market Antique Mall the other day with my father-in-law and ran across this great watering can.  It's copper and has such a cute, oval shape.  I decided to cover it in cream mosaics.

I got this cream earring at a recent estate sale.

I love the nostalgic feeling of pearls.

E is for Elephant

Earlier this year, I made a custom mosaic pink and brown giraffe.  This elephant is going to the same home.

 I put the bow on the tail like Eeyore!  It's made of polymer clay.

Baby Heart Custom Mosaic

This is a custom job for Mamacita.  She gave me a bowl with the bunny focal piece and wanted her grandchildren's names in it.  I decided to do everything in hearts and the baby hearts are actually separate pieces.  I'm having lots of fun stacking and inlaying mosaic pieces like this!!

Val gave me an awesome box of dishes that included a blue lattice like plate.  It just sets off this piece.  Love it!!!

Pink is the Color of the Day

Such a cute teapot shape!  And I couldn't wait to use this fun brooch!

I've never made a breast cancer awareness ribbon before.  I decided to give this one to Deborah who gave me the idea!

Mosaic Penguin

I had to cut out this penguin for a prototype and it was too cute a shape not to put mosaic on it.  The red bow tie is made of polymer clay.

This K is for my awesome customer, Joyce. She lives in Southern California and has a beautiful garden full of different blue and white mosaic pieces. This one has a doxie and gray kitty in it, a nod to her pets.

I made an orange and brown cat awhile back for Zac, but he has two cats, Bailey and Duncan.  Finished this one up today.
