Luck O' The Irish

Mosaic 3D Coffin

I worked with a guy whose father crafts these little 3D coffins.  He usually cuts a space for coins so they can be used as banks, but he left a couple for me without the holes.  I had lots of fun covering this one with black and white dishes, buttons and beads.

Sometimes I have to stop and reup my supply of mosaic fodder.  Went to Savers today and found lots of great stuff, including wonderful beads!!

Another Deer Head!

Love these deer heads!  I designed this shape and cut it out with my jigsaw.  So far, I've made it in pink twice (once with a mirror on the face), one in brown and white, and one in yellows, blues, grays and greens.  Black and white is kind of the color combo of late!

I also put together some pins.  These are always lots of fun.

Tiny Coffee Pot

I liked that witchy pitcher so much, I replicated the same design on this tiny coffee pot.  I do love black and white.

A Whole Lotta Custom

These elephants went to a customer in Lawrence, KS.  The mama elephant is 20" x 24" and the baby is 12" x 14".

This monkey is going in a little girl's room.  Another large mosaic (for me), about 24" tall.

Tiny K for the same little girl.

Larger D for the same little girl (who has an excited grandma who ordered these pieces!!).

This one is a tribute to Winston, the black poodle.

Letter G with a fun beagle.  I liked the way the dog looks like he's walking across the letter or standing in front of it.

Letter W for a garden lover.  Lots of dishes with leaves and flowers.

Flower Power

I enjoyed doing this one so much, I'm going to make a whole bouquet.  Maybe a pink tulip and a bright, red poppy?
